Limp mode

My 2020 prius with 205k on it has developed a problem. Check hybrid system and pksb not working comes up on dash. P0120 throttle pedal position circuit. Getting this code. Have installed new throttle body. But problem comes back after 20 30 miles. Have recently had an issue with the cruise control stalk in that switch on stalk for takes a few attempts to work. Not sure if that's related. Have tried a new accelerator pedal but that didn't seem to work. Will try pedal again with new throttle body on tomorrow along with a new cruise control stalk. No other codes are shown. Any help would be appreciated thanks
