The left rear wheel on my wife’s 09 Prius appears to be in at the top but tire wear is normal. However I have noticed excessive gap difference between driver side tire gap and passenger side gap. Feels very stiff to the left side as well is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

If you have a flat spot at home to park on jack up the left rear wheel about 6". See if the wheel remains in the same position or moves inward or outward. Try grasping the wheel at top and bottom and see if it is tight or will it wiggle? Are the wheel nuts securely tightened? If there is any movement get it towed somewhere for proper examination. Do not drive it anywhere. If none of the above happens it probably is safe to drive somewhere to get a professional opinion, Toyota dealer or front end, alignment shop.
