    Hi all,

I did a vacuum test on AC system and it would not hold a vacuum.

Then, after watching a youtube vid, I pumped compressed air into the low side valve to see if I could feel/hear a leak. I did hear air, it was coming out of a hard line that runs up into the front fender. I assume this to be some sort of overflow/drain line, and that this should not be leaking.

On this hard line there is a little block where the high side valve is on the side of that there is something plugged in. Could this be a solenoid to open and close this line? Maybe this is faulty?

    Thanks, Carsten

On a gen 3 that would be the pressure sensor. Probably same on gen 4.

System should not have any solenoid-operated refrigerant drain lines....
