Has anyone had any luck buying a replacement OEM exhaust from Toyota lately? My local dealer said they're backordered for at least 2-3 weeks. Business must be good for the precious metal recyclers.
2-3 weeks sounds like an improvement from earlier in the year when it was months... And if you have a friend out of state who you could ship a cheap less than $200 aftermarket cat not allowed to be sold in California you could use that for now. Then when it's time for emissions inspection, you'll need the OEM one, unless the inspector is a slacker and doesn't look for Toyota logo on the cat.
