    Pretty sure Jack is only trying to help us, we just don't know how yet...

    Could he be the author of this article that was posted in the gen3 forum.

    Or possibly the lead counsel in a 'class-action', where gen3 owners will get a new inverter OR a set of wiper blades o_O
