Had a great Superbowl commercial.

 

For some reason, people aren't sold on Hybrids. People use the price of gas to gauge their driving needs. Truck and SUV sales are up. Go to any Mall or shopping center parking lot. Plus, the big 3 are going all out with the "bells and Whistles" sales tactics, like automatic braking, fully automatic computer functions for the head units, interiors more expensive the the furniture one has in their living rooms, moving headlights, interior "mood" lighting and exterior body colors that make all Hybrids look "boring". And the big 3 plus all the others are touting how fast their cars are!! They want the mentality of the public to be that it is still hip to drive their cars and not driving a Hybrid. Just my 2 cents.

If collision avoidance and dynamic cruise control are not standard, I would ave no interest ... nor should you.

Perhaps you've not heard of CleanMPG.com? I understand they are Niro enthusiasts over there.

Was there a news article that inspired your first post? There is a FAQ about posting in this forum and it recommends citing a news article.

So how many Niro were sold in February? Are they also suppressing Ioniq sales?

You realie that includes the safety features & reliability of the Prius along with leather-like seats, etc. I strongly doubt it.
And, without a source, this is not news.
