Key recognition Prius V

    Hello,
    I have a question for the experts, how does the Toyota Prius V 2013 recognize the key when I bring it to the power button without a battery. By what means exactly, what does the car use? I am also interested in whether the car uses the 315 MHz frequency at this moment, when recognizing data? If someone has official documentation from Toyota on this topic, I will be very grateful.
    And the second question, how can I transfer the car to the 433 MHz frequency, what is needed for this?
