    Outstanding.
Our 11th birthday is next month I think. Getting hard to remember ;)

Our experiences are remarkably similar, even down to paying for alignment in 2004.
My maintenance+repairs over ~ 170k miles was under one penny a mile. Most of the difference was good fortune with Michelin paying for most of a new set of tyres, and my not paying for rotations.

Rotations are really easy to DIY, or Costco at least includes lifetime rotations in the tyre price.

Good gas savings I guess that's about $3/gal average cost.
So if we say hybrid premium say ~$4000, you are ahead but we have to worry a little about HV Batt life.
Not much worry though, Toyota probably helping you on any batt replacement since you got a whole fleet of em!
