Just hit 40k miles, never received maintenance notification

Has anybody else experienced this? In all my priuses, including this one ever 5k miles I get the standard “maintenance required” pop up around 5k miles.

This time right at 40k I never received any maintenance notification. Obviously I will be doing the maintenance, but I am wondering why it didn’t go off.

As additional information, I rotated my tires at 35k and reset the light, and then at 37k the dealership changed my CV axle due to the clicking noise that appears in threads here. Do you think maybe them hitting the reset button then would have done something, or do you think they may have done something else?

When I do the maintenance, should I reset the light even though it’s not on? Will this mess it up at 45k?

I thought it came on every 5k miles no matter what, but is it maybe 5k miles since last reset? I’ve always done my maintenance on time almost exactly.
