It has just under 123,000 miles. Some rock chips on the hood and I'm going to have to get the windshield replaced at some point. Driving into the sun is a bit like being inside a disco ball from the tiny pits in the glass. Aside from that the only other cosmetic issues are a small dent in the hood and someone was too enthusiastic with a buffer on the rear spoiler. Nearly new set of tires. Drove fine the approximately 75 miles home from the Honda dealer where I got it. Already loving the MPG. Of course it came with only one key fob, SKS type. What do people do with their other fobs and keys when they trade cars in at dealers? Very rarely have I ever bought a used vehicle with two keys, except once I got 6 or more spares. I did some YouTube research before going Prius hunting so I'd know the quirks of how to drive one, and which years/models to avoid.
congrats and welcome! they leave them in the drawer they put them in when they purchased the car all the best!
The trust paid $4,000 plus doc fees and title fee will come to somewhere under $4,500. The dealer was asking $7K, when I went to look at it the salesman said $6K. I said I was looking to pay a lot closer to $4K. Apparently Honda dealers don't like Toyotas on their lots. Before we bought it, it was a Pre Us. Now it's a Post Them, or is it a Now Ours? I need to find a set of floor mats, the rubber pad for the parking brake pedal, a tray for the console, and do something with the paint on the rear spoiler. I'm thinking black would look OK, but how good of a match does DupliColor have in those touch up cans? Sometimes they're perfect, sometimes it's not even close. The front bumper cover doesn't have rock chips. Finding a red hood with good paint would be the easiest way to fix its constellation of chips.

I'm not in California or England. Haven't turned up any thefts in other places. Looks like the BART parking lots in San Francisco are a hotspot for this. I did have the headlights stolen from a 1978 Chevy van around 25 years ago.
A noble idea but because of the sloping hood on the gen 2 Prius they all have chips. Some more than others.
