2004 2nd gen Prius here with about 260K miles and got the RTOD this morning. FIXD gave code P0A80. Dr. Prius app results below.

It's been a very good run with this car and while I'm not surprised to see the RTOD, any suggestions based on these screenshots?

A static picture does not provide a reliable assessment.
There is a slight imbalance in the voltage of the high-voltage battery modules.
The overestimated internal resistance of module pairs of more than 27 milliOhms is alarming. You may have an old battery.
It is necessary to use Hybrid Assistant to record the parameters of a high-voltage battery in dynamics. It is free for Android and draws load graphs in Hybrid Reporter.
