My husband clipped on the garage door opener to my visor the day we brought the car home. Didn’t think much of it until today when I removed it to wipe the area and I found these rips in the material. I know a lot of people would not care because it’s very small and does not impede the function of the car in any way but I take my interior care very seriously and it bothers me so much that my not even 1 month old car has this. My previous car went 6 years without a single blemish because I use protective covers, never eat or drink in it, etc. Does anyone know if the replacement visors are available somewhere? Google search turned up lots of random visors that don’t match. If there is a way to fix this I’m open to ideas as well! Thank you.

Have you tried ironing the defects out? May very well make them much less visible/invisible.
