Is there any way to stop the current radio station from popping up on the main screen?

I don't know every circumstance where this happens, but it does so when in navigation--either the Toyota nav or an app in Apple Carplay.

I regularly listen to an FM radio station, and every 20-30 seconds a largish popup appears on the 12.3" screen showing what station is playing.

First, this is distracting: I keep seeing something flash on the screen in the corner of my eye and I automatically look: it could be an alert. (Maybe if this happens long enough I'll get used to it stop looking--and so miss something actually important.)

Second, it's pointless because I already know what station is playing because I'm listening to it. There's no other info other than the station number.

The only workaround I can think of is to stream the station instead, since I don't see any similar popups when listening to my podcast app--it's something Toyota does when using the radio.
