My understanding is you would get codes because your system has special headlight level controls which would be lost. Otherwise it could be done as long as you also swapped connectors and did your wire splicing.

But most people get tired of the low beam halogens burning out. And the somewhat ineffective halogen low beams. So many end up replacing the lower cost halogen bulbs with four relatively expensive aftermarket led equivalents.

In this diagram both are shown with *1 being oem led low beams and *2 representing oem halogen on both beams.

For what reason? The stock LED’s are supposedly very reliable, and the premium option. Sounds like a can of worms.

Do have a look at the LED levelling gizmo, it’s a small arm linkage on the trailing side of the solid rear axle. In salty/wet conditions it can seize up. There should be enough clearance that you can reach it without need to raise car. I’d just disconnect it at one end, move the joints back and forth (gently).

our ‘10 touring has them, fwiw.

Be careful performing a swap like that. Look at the wire and relay specs. since halogen lamps draw sugnificantly more power than LED bulbs along with the higher heat output affecting your plastic headlamp housing.

You are barking up a tree that the fireman won't even get you out of. Don't even fool with this you'll have way more trouble than you want to deal with I mean you're not going to get Cibe Z beams or the equal to those today in this model car easily Not saying you can't get something done but boy I'd have to be living in the car at night to be even considering this at this point in the game maybe add-on some lights in the grill or something that could be much easier done that's nothing to alter a bumper cover You can sit there and do it on your computer in various and sundry drawing software until you get it right and get the hole saw out. The plastic of the bumper cover is easily glued upon and attached to with various and sundry solvents that will hold very well so you can add a bucket behind the hole you put in the bumper cover and all of that stuff You can carry it to the next level easily but easily have something to work with that's not going to affect the rest of the car and computer systems for whatever reason flip a switch and you got instantaneous daylight.
