You'd need to overfill the the fluid at the fill hole until it starts to drip, lower the car to level with the pavement to get the level correct, raise it again and replace the fill plug.
@Darklandscape are you talking about coolant or transaxle fluid? Repair manual info for inverter coolant change:
My mistake, When I did change the inverter fluid, I used a hole saw and cut a hole in the under cover under the drain plug. so that I could take it out and drain the inverter coolant without removing the whole undercover.
