    Juke,

I like the "saddle bags"! How much might something like that cost, if I may be so bold?

I've got this cargo net from my 04 Matrix that has quick release hooks instead of loops at the top so this worked for me; I wasn't able to use it much in my 08 Prius other than to put both hooks per side on the cargo floor d-rings. here's my fix: a d-ring for hanging mounting wires on picture frames, $2.09 for a pack of 12 at target.

I decided to modify some of the interior trim pieces in my Prius, thought there was too much silver going on. Found a vendor offering carbon fiber fabric and was impressed by his work, so I bought the material from him. Using the fabric and some 3M Super 77 adhesive, I modified all the silver door trims. I was going to modify the black trim pieces around the window switches and the piece around the shifter, but I ran into some complications. Might have to rethink those pieces at a later time.

ooh very nice! I thought the window switch plastic would be the easiest? (esp. since you can just put the CF trim on top rather than replacing the entire plastic piece like you did for the silver trim pieces (although I'll admit, a full replace looks a LOT more factory than just sticking stuff on top).

I'd like to find a place that'll replace those window pieces with either piano black or CF.

I would like to do the silver trims on the steering wheel but not sure how to remove those pieces. Anyone have suggestions? ;)
