A similar factoid about all electric cars is they don't need a air source that will get jammed full of Ash and other particulate in a firestorm situation. .

Not too many years ago in California the entire city of paradise and surrounding area burn to the ground. Many a car got choked out on the way out.
I would have never thought about that - air quality so bad that your cars internal combustion engine couldn't function correctly.
Can't say I'd want to see it, but if there were flames crossing the road ahead of me, I'd want to get through without my engine stalling. An EV seems like the best bet.
