Integrated turn signal in side mirror?

    It looks like depending on what country you are in, this may not be a standard feature? From what I can see, it is on the Japan, Germany and Mexico bound gen 5 Prius, but not a feature for the US or Canada gen 5? Is it a mandatory feature in some countries?

    A side repeater is mandatory in some countries and ever since the mirror-mounted versions came out, most manufacturers have moved to that instead of the older fender-mounted ones (like on the Gen 1/2).

    And for whatever reason, TMNA and TCI continue to not equipped the regular Prius with it (even though the Prius c had it). At this point, I think they're just doing it out of spite. It's not even a cost thing any more.

    Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me to not have them as standard features, esp. if the Prius C had it. Maybe it'll happen in MY 2024 or 2025
