Can the color and Base or Advanced be determined from the VIN? Or is there a way to determine Base or Advanced by seeing pics of the car?

I'm asking because I am looking around for a '12 or '13 Advanced. My understanding is that all of these have the 8-way power driver's seat. When I see the pics on these cars some of them are showing two levers, which would appear to be manual and others have three "knobs," which would appear to be powered. All of these are listed as Advanced. Similarly with the fog/driving lights, which I think are standard on the Advanced. Some show round lights on the lower grill area and others do not. Can anyone enlighten me on these?
levers are on the base model, dealers don't know what they're selling. if you're lucky, you'll find an advanced listed as a base.

Can anyone confirm that all 2012 and 2013 Advanced have 8-way power seats, round driving(?) lights in lower grill area, and headlight washer bumps below the headlights? If so, most of those claiming to be Advanced on cars.com are not.
You are correct. You can't blindly trust the listing, you have to confirm by looking at pictures of the actual car. The dash is different too. The advanced has the CD slot hidden.
