When I sit in the car while it is "idling" although the ICE may be off, I hear a "click" noise cycle on about every 10 seconds coming from mid-dash, engine bay. I am sitting inside the car.

What is this? The coolant pump, like when you turn the car off?

The brake accumulator pump makes a clicking noise. It comes from somewhere down behind the peddles. Whatever it is, it shouldn't be running every 10 seconds. The accumulator pump runs about every third time you press the brake peddle. Frequent cycling can indicate a leak.

Is the AC running? I recall hearing some clicking when I had the the AC running and the compressor started or shut down. To test this turn off the AC and see if the sound goes away.
