so i finally am almost done with my 05 prius hybrid, everything mechanical is great, perfect. The major problem is aligning the body panels, my problems lay in the hood and fenders, for some odd reason theres such a large gap ( 0.5 in ) between the passenger side fender and the hood, also the hood latches may be bent. I used the 2005 prius collision repair for measurements, i just cannot understand it. My problems are, the right side fender and hood, i am not sure which one is not in good considering the hood and the left side fender are looking pretty correct, im guessing the hood and left side fender is aligned, not sure though.

If anyone could help me determine how to fix these problems that would be extremely great.

    Thanks

by the way the front sidemembers are in the correct position, also whats a good cheap wax to use on my car?

Can't help on your main issue with body panel alignment - sorry, not my area.

But for wax, it's been my experience from researching the various wax reviews that "good" and "cheap" don't generally go together when it comes to this topic. I've been very pleased with the Zaino polish solution, provided you do it right. But again, it's a good product, just not the cheapest out there.

Why don't you just take it to a body shop?
