I have a question about hooking up 12v accessories.

I have a 2013 Prius, and I’d like to connect my LED bar. However, unlike my truck, I understand that this 12v battery isn’t utilized enough like a non hybrid, so it could potentially tinkly drain the 12v?

    Is that true?

If not, is there a way to run accessories off of my 12v but from the front under the hood somehow? I don’t want to use fuse taps for accessories. I just have an amplifier, a CB and an LED bar that I need 12v power for. Any advice welcome!
I have a 12v fuse panel I installed in my OBS GMC, and would be cool if I can do that in my Prius. But this 12v battery concern is holding all of my accessories back. I just don’t know if it gets recharged enough like a regular engine.
