Seems as though everyone else who was entitled to this piece of paper got it about a month ago, and now, after many calls to Toyota Customer Service and 2 e-mails to Ask Toyota (I think it was the emails that made the difference), I have it Instead of wondering when I was going to get the car, I spent the last month obsessing about this certificate. Now I can go back to waiting for the car :roll: Ray
