I need the two plastic Shields for both sides of the engine bay that block water from the wheel wells from hitting the engine. No, these are not the wheel liners that usually rip out. These are the flat ones that protect water from hitting the engine right and left sides. Any good sources for the lowest price?

Toyota sells the wheel well liners as a single part, together with the flat portion at the bottom/front. There’s a metal bar and 3 bolts clamping the two together, and while ostensibly separable, the bolts and bar are some sort of scrap-grade metal, revert to rust lumps quickly. There’s a single, plastic fastener at the trailing end of the wheel well that confounded me, couldn’t figure out a removal method short of destroying it.
