    Hi all,

My dad’s 2013 Prius needs the brake pump / master cylinder replaced. Unfortunately I am nowhere near there to help with the repair…

Anyone know a good mechanic around central IL?

The Car Care Nut is in Chicago if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, Homer Glen IL, bit of a drive, around 135 miles, but definitely the place that'll get it done right. Wish there was somebody like him 'round here.

Thanks for the recommendation! I’m relaying info to my brother who is there visiting. Last I heard, the brake pump was cycling but the brakes haven’t yet gone soft, so it might be a great option to limp it up the TCCN.

Yep he does have a garage, and he’s in his 70s so a mobile option would be amazing. Would love it if he didn’t have to drive anywhere.

My 2010 solar roof red car the ABS and all lit up several months ago still breaking just perfectly regen braking is working. Etc we're just going to drive it till it dies the brakes that is and the head gasket is also starting to go so about the time the two problems merge to take the car off the road will thankfully be finished with it.
