I had a Hybrid system malfunction days ago, I had a problem before with the little computer inside the battery, no the car computer. I reset the warning with Torque app. It runs normal now but when I check with Torque the readings of each cell one is showing 0.2v less than all others. Example all shows 17.2 and this cell shows 17.0. Is anything I have to do and worry?
The battery was replaced in warranty at 60.000 miles now car has 105.000 miles so 45.000 miles on this battery
    Thanks!!

Can you relay what this "problem" was exactly?

It's not a problem with the computer, if the computer is doing its job to notify you about the condition of the battery.

The first time was a little cockroach nest inside the computer, it was all dirty with eggs and what not inside. Now I cleaned around the battery spray insecticide plus new baits and its working good now. Im running with Torque app monitoring battery state in the look for something weird for a while till i see its back to normal. Do you know some video with instructions to change this computer?
    Thanks sorry for my English

Well its better now, but like I said when first asked the Hybrid Malfunction warning appeared from time to time, also there was a different voltage readings in each battery module. The same problem I got years ago and was resolved cleaning the computer. An user of this forum sent me another computer at that time.

When you get a malfunction get the code and post it. Until then no code no problem..

Is not giving any code now. What Im seeing that I didnt see before is that the battery is almost full and after a couple minutes I wasnt looking at dash it goes to almost empty, last two lines and then after continue riding it starts charging again.

In other circles that is know as a negative re-calibration. Negative is not as bad and a positive re-calibration (when it goes from 2 bars to fuil in a very short time), but it is a sign that the traction pack needs some help. Grid Charge and/or full cycling to balance the pack.

Keep you eyes on the gauge, if it happens every day that's a clear sign.

edit DrPrius app / bluetooth ODB2 adapter and some screenshots of the app posted can help keep track of how good or bad the battery is.
