Hi all, attached is the Hybrid Assistant Battery Check report, the HV battery info is on pages 13-18, I am seeing in the chart on page 17 that Block 7 spends 44% of its time at the min voltage during the test. That's an indicator it needs to be replaced right?

When I'm driving, I'll see the percentage on Hybrid Assistant drop from like low 50s down to 40s then 30s and even 20s sometimes, in one cascade of big chunks, even sometimes after the ICE kicks on. It has tripped the HV code a few times, but I've just reset it and tried to make sure the ICE comes on a little earlier if I am pushing the car in electric mode too much.

Would I just replace the one blade? I know a lot of people like those lithium upgrades if I have to swap the whole thing, but if I can just pop in a new blade or module, that's obviously much much cheaper.

    Any help is much appreciated!

The question is how long that keeps you fixed.

If you are "popping a blade in" every week, that's maybe not so great. If I had a 2013, I'd be replacing the whole pack.

I have a used Prius traction battery for sale. $1200 from a 2016 Prius C. Plug in and go! Pictures available on request if you decide to replace it.
