We've replaced the blower motor and cleaned the filter on the htr/AC but the control buttons for the heater, AC and rear defrost on the dash don't even light up much less work. Please advise on what my next step would be.
Update.. thanks to my impatience and persistence I have figured out the issue. The was a pigtail that was not plugged in to the back of the control panel. Took the dash apart plugged it in and Viola! I have heat and AC again.
You left out the most intriguing part of the story: how did that pigtail wind up unplugged in the first place? Was that Viola's doing? -Chap
