How to match interior color to new seat covers?

I just bought an electric green 2001 Prius with a "gray" interior color (identified in car documents as "FC95"). I'm planning to buy seat covers from GT Covers, and it's tough to tell which of several grayish color options in velour will be the closest match. Is my best bet to order a bunch of swatches, or does anyone know if there's a particular match in those color codes?

Also, I presume if there are "seat airbags," they'd be marked and obvious, right? I see only the front airbags, nothing else, even though my owner's manual (and GT Covers) says they're at least an option.
