How to make map/nav screen more visible?

    An issue with the map screen is that in bright sunlight, it's almost impossible to see, which is the opposite of my old '05 Prius where I had problems seeing the MPH screen, but the map screen was clearly visible. Any suggestions?

    Adjust the contrast all the way down and the brightness all the way up.

    What about a screen protector?

    If you do, order two, in case it sticks wrong or fingerprints get on the first one, you have a second chance.

    Other than dialing up the light brightness left under steering wheel) to maxium and lockin there I can' odffer much eldse. If there is a ontrast contr I'll need to find it.
    The problem is really Toyota trying toi pt lots of 'cute' but irreelevant information on the drive dplay and thus the characters ae too small

    Push the set-up button on the radio, then go through the display button.
