How to edit Topic Title?

    Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find a way to edit a Topic Title. I'm trying to change my Topic of "Modellista 20mm lowering springs soon to be installed" to "Modellista 20mm lowering springs installed". How do I do this?
