How do I reprogram a fob for a 2001?

    Before teaching your car about the keyfob, I would recommend replacing the keyfob battery. Understand you have a limit of three keyfobs per car.

    Programming New Keys

    If you need to open and close the driver's door repeatedly and it seems inconvenient there is also another trick. Locate the pushbutton in the Prius doorframe that reports whether the door is open or closed. Then just push it (according to the program) rather than closing the door etc.

    hello guys. yesterday i got sub key with transponder for my prius and thank for instructions. the notes about programming sub keys (less times door open/close) is work for my car!
