All I see is p3004. I don't see the three numbers that would be after that like, P3004-xxx

You hit the snowflake next to the code or you open up the freeze frame data clicking on the code and then look down in that list it will say detail codes and it will give you some three digit number depending upon what the original first code is but that's neither here nor there they call it a detail code so just click on the code you have if there's no snowflake just click on the code in the Toyota software It should open up information and freeze frame data particular to that code now run down the black and white list until you see the words detail codes with some of these initial codes there can be two or three detail codes obviously you want to write them down at least this is how I think I do it on my dealer version of this software on a CF 19 toughbook I don't use it a whole lot but when I do that's how I've gotten the detail codes like for the HV isolation fault so you know if it's in the battery the more center location of the car or up near the inverter that sort of thing.

In your P3004 thread (https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3495182) it is shown at the top of the freeze frame P3004-131. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the freeze frame, you can see the INF code (131) at the bottom in the rows labeled as Detail Code 1 to 5.
