Looks like the Gov of NY signed a bill to allow the Prius, Insight, and Civic Hybrid to apply for a free HOV sticker to allow single occupancy vehicles (of the above mentioned types) to use the HOV lanes during peak hours. 6-10 am and 3-10pm. :blink:
