Hello, I think my horn or its relay is on its way out. I have to hit the button a number of times as it seems like it is stuck in the off position. One it is freed I am good for the day, but it sucks that I have to make that part of my daily routine when driving. Can anyone tell me where the horn is located and the relay as well? Thanks in advance.
You can find those in the wiring diagram; that's where I'd look myself (too many relays to try to keep in my head, and not all are individually accessible anyway). You might also consider the spiral cable in your list of suspects (it tends to be reported often enough here on PriusChat as the culprit in flaky-horn issues), and, if the problem responds to repeated pressing on the airbag, you might even look at the horn contacts right there in the wheel (they're visible after taking the airbag out). -Chap
