Both high beams were working i gave sudden acceleration to the car and later i found both high beams were not working. I checked the fuze they were okay.... the general observation of high beam bulbs also told that they are fine.... what else can be the issue. Thank you in Advance for Help...
Thank you Bisco is there any relay fitted with high beam which has burnt may be..... i think both bulbs cant burn together... may be they can..
i have to think it was a surge caused by the hard acceleration. what got damaged can only be found with testing. there is most likely a relay, but you would need a schematic from the service manual to find it, or try googling and look for priuschat hits.
