Today's the day! Going down to dealership in a matter of hours to pick up our new Prius. Meanwhile, for the past months I've been an avid reader of this forum, looking for bits & pieces of valuable information that we'd need once we were Prius owners (not wannabe owners). Special thanks to Taco Mel for his pre-pick up checklist, john1701a (what kinda name is that?) for the easy to understand Prius Users' Guide, all the users at Danny's Prius party for their tips & tricks, & everyone in this forum for their input & information. Any last minute warnings, tips, etc?
I don't know what you're coming from but.... Don't stomp on the brakes too hard. They are very responsive. If you're driving home on the freeway, glance at the speedometer a little more often. You'll probably find you are drifting over the speed limit. The car goes faster than it seems so it's easy to speed.
