    Hey Guys,
I am new to this forum. Just purchased my 2011 Solar Roof/Navi Blue Prius iii yesterday.. This car is totally different from all the other cars I owned. But, with a family I thought it the best thing to get. I am a car modder at heart.. so hopefully, if finances allow me to, this car will be modded quite alot.. lol

With that said.. do our cars throw a warning code when HIDs are installed? If so, I will get the Error Eliminator.

I have read alot already about previous installs.. So, it looks like I will be getting either DDMtuning or HIDextra kits.. 55w with relay harness 5000k. I have purchased from these companies before and have alot of success with their kits.. leaning more towards HIDextra because of the issues with ddmtunings bulb color issues. Dont wants to spend over 100.00 on a kit either.. lol

Thanks in advanced! and Happy Modding!

Nope, it's simple plug and play like any other car. No error code eliminator required. Extremely easy, yet awesome mod. I've got the 35W 5000K kit. Most people are saying to stick with 35W, because the 55W's could melt/reshape the headlight housings even though the stock halogen bulbs are 55W. Stay safe, go with 35W. It's plenty of lights. 3x the amount you had before the mod.
