Have a brand spankin' new 2010 Prius in Barcelona Red. Like an IDIOT, I tried different things to clean the inside dashboard and something I used stained it a little- you can see exactly where I sprayed. It's barely noticeable unless I point it out to someone, but really bothers me...does anyone know of ANYTHING that would get the stain out????

    Thanks!

be careful not to use anything chemically harsh (ex. wheel cleaner) on the silver painted surfaces. trhey will spot and there is nothing you can do after they been ruined, except replace them

What did you use??? If you used something like armur all it will go away with time. But unless we know what it is it's hard to say how to get it out.

I used GreenWorks.. and it's on the black surface of the dash only. No one can see it unless I point it out, but I've had the car for just about a month now and it bothers me :(

GreenWorks? Is that something like SimpleGreen?

Try the Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer.

Worst case scenario an upholstery shop can always re-dye the area...so don't worry about it too much.
