Edit: It's a 2002 Prius - I Gen Hola! I have a strange electrical issue with my Prius. When I turn on the headlights, the dash lights along with the speedometer screen shut off (they stay lit, dim for a split second and then black out). It's like they only work in day-mode, but not night mode. I suspect this might be a fuse problem. Anyway I can get away with fixing this myself? Anyone have experience with thsese kinds of issues? Check your dimmer wheel switch. If it is turned down this will turn off the dash lights when the headlights turn on.
