Here are my two top choices, both use a NEMA 6-20 plug (17' vs 23' cable length is not a concern) which works fine for my application. Please give me your thoughts on either of these different designs, If you have another suggestion in the sub $200 price point please list it with a link.

Charger #1 is a Duosida that comes with 23ft of cable plus a 110v conversion plug, this unit has a 50Hz Input & Output. $165 Shipped http://www.ebay.com/itm/Electric-Vehicle-EV-Car-Charger-Level2-J1772-1-Adapter-5-15-110-240-Volt-23-ft/254007433247

Charger #2 says it's a Duosida (but it's not labeled on the charger) and comes with 17 feet of cable, but is not supplied with a 110v conversion plug. This unit is marked as a 50/60Hz Input & Output. $146.50 Shipped http://www.ebay.com/itm/Level-2-Charger-Electric-Car-EV-NEMA-6-20-Plug-220-240-Volt-17-Ft-Long/254007393476

I got a Duosaida that I keep ready to go at home and I keep the OEM one in the car for use on the road. That way, when I get home, all I have to do is grab the plug and stick it in the car. But if you never charge away from home except at charging stations, I guess you could leave your OEM cord at home and ready to use.
