I am new to the forum.
Not long ago I changed to winter tires, but they are not new, I have already rolled them for three winters. I want to buy something new and can't decide on a brand, so please advise something good.
    Thank you.

I like the Nordman 7 unstudded, I've been using for a few winters now. I still need to put on the 2 rears, but the Armstrong Blu-Track on the rears are doing good so far, since we haven't gotten much Lake Effect snow here yet. They stick to the road well and also recover quickly if you don't let them get too far out of their tracking line.
The cold weather, ice and snow really hit mileage hard, but I'd rather have good stability than worry about mileage.

You didn't say what your budget is and there might be better tires out there like the Hakkapelitta 10s
Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta 10 - Next-generation safety / Nokian Tyres
if you can afford um. I couldn't when I got the Nordman 7s.
If you do go with Nokian, please let me know how you like um or not.
