If I'm not mistaken Prius V (standard) comes with HID headlights, isn't it?

In Canada we have DRL (daytime running lights).
What is the live expectancy of these bulbs?

Are they easier to change than on previous models?
Googling around I'm reading that bumper needs to be removed to change the headlights ??? Is it still the case for Prius V?
Though, I've seen the video of removing the HID bulbs without removing the bumper.

Is there a way to disable DRL? I know Pruis V has a hidden setting menu on a radio display, is the setting accessible from this screen?

No, the Prius liftback and Prius v come with halogen headlights since 2010, unless you get the 5, then you get LED headlights. The bumper removal was for the Gen II, not the Gen III. (Although there were some who changed em' out even on a Gen II w/o bumper removal). Gen III is far easier to replace headlight bulbs on.
