What's the best bulb to replace the original and how do you do it?

If you have hiv contact a doctor asap.

If your v has halogen bulbs, there are led replacements available. Each side has separate high and low bulbs which are replaced from the rear. The passenger side requires removal of the plastic air intake and the top coolant reservoir hose.

Many retrofit LEDs have rf interference issues and are not properly designed for projector headlight assemblies. Get good ones with good reviews and a recent 2023/24 design. Low beams are all you really need, the halogen high beams are decent and rarely fail.

LEDs have power supplies built in and run hot. So they have fans as well.

If you have factory led assemblies you have no choice if they have failed other than replace the assembly.
