Having trouble diagnosing my battery. If you know Prius batteries, please take a look.

So in January this year I got the red triangle and the typical codes, P3000 P0A80. I pulled the battery out and tested all the voltages and capacities. I have screenshots of each part of the process.

I ended up replacing 6 modules and reconditioning the rest, at least to 4000mAh+ anyway. I then balanced the whole pack and reinstalled it and it's been great until about July or August.

Red triangle came on again also with some high temperatures this time. I had a couple codes for temps but they went away. Then it was the same p3000 or p0A80 codes again. They came on and off a few times. I still drove the car trying to get it to show sub codes which it never did but I guess I might need a TechStream for that?

Anyway the temps would go from normal to high seemingly randomly. I would turn the fan on high in hybrid assistant to keep them under control.

After driving it like this, the capacity started to feel worse and worse. If it was low on charge, I'd push the gas pedal and it had no power from the battery. Once I drove around a bit and it charged up, it drove like normal.

Dr Prius would never show anything obvious this time around like it did before. Voltage differential was usually only 0.15-0.20 on average, sometimes up to 0.30, always on block 8. Sometimes the internal resistance would go up a bit.

I pulled out the battery and tested the voltages, they were all pretty close, nothing like it was the first time I went through this. Before I had modules that were obviously much lower than the rest.

Then I tested the capacities. Some of them are not that good, but still this is not even close to how it was the first time and that time I wasn't losing power that time like I was this time.

Anyway I suspect maybe something with module R7. It went from 5327mAh to 2286mAh. I haven't seen any other module drop that much.

I'm still working on these modules, bringing them up over 4000 so that's why the present screenshot isn't complete.

Where would you go from here? Thanks

That RC chargers method is a waste of time. Your battery looks good while it's off the car, but after you have installed it into your car and loaded it with 100 amp it just fails.
