I just replaced mine and I noticed that the old Stabilus struts were marked "L" & "R", but the new struts aren't. I then double checked with the Stabilus site and they only list 1 part number for the Gen 2 Prius struts meaning that there isn't a difference between the left and right sides (btw, the listed part # doesn't match any number on the old Stabilus struts). So, are the new struts safe or should I try to find left and right versions?
