I searched but could not find anyone complaining about it. Whenever I stop the car, either in garages, parking lots or before red light, it would give some weird groaning sound. 1-10 seconds after I stop the car. Has anyone noticed it? It is pretty loud, not like from mechanical parts, but not like from speaker either, but I can clearly tell it is from the front part of the car, inside. It is pretty annoying.
My dog in the backseat does this every time I pull into the garage. When my mechanical brakes are cold, they groan and moan a bit till warmed up. There's also the brake pressurizing sounds that are fairly loud and gen 2's have the thermos bottle sounds but the OP says all the time. Are you sure it's really all the time, every time? If so, that's not normal and you should have a dealer look/listen to it.
Well my car does it every time. Most describe it as a "fart". And I'm pretty sure it's the fuel system venting into the canister.
does it do it when pressing on the the brake? it could be the vacuum pump to produce the vacuum needed for the brake booster.
