Just got a quote on one of the last 2012 plugins. Wanted to run it by you guys. Let me know if this is a good price, anyone getting lower? would love some good feedback. I'm new here, coming out of a Honda Insight lease $219/monthly sign and drive (0 total out of pocket).

I'm in New Jersey, and I can get to NY if there are better deals someone knows about.

So here is the deal i was quoted on the 2012 Prius Plugin.
    12K miles
    36 Months

$270 per month with $536 total due
    at signing.

Honestly i want to be at $250 per month sign and drive (total out of pocket 0), as it seems that Toyota is having a difficult time getting rid of the last 2012 and new 2013s, and so many more electrics are coming out onto the market.

I live in North New Jersey, and yes I can get into NY to take advantage if need be. The dealer that quoted me was from NJ too. This is a base model.

Sounds pretty good but never leased myself. Shop around.
Don't forget you can get $2500 Fed tax credit if you buy and owe taxes.

Buying is not an option for me at this point. The quoted price is not too far away from the lease deal they have on the 2013 models. I think for the 2012 should be a bit lower.

just saw an an at westborotoyota.com for an 2012 advanced model, $3,000. down and $309./mo., so 270. with $536. down seems decent for a base.

that price is outdated for sure, most dealers are offering $229 with 2000 down, and that is on 2013 models.

229 and 2k down is almost the same as 270. and 536. down.

Exactly and that is on 2013 model. 2012 has higher incentives. Considering that I think 250 sign and drive monthly for 2012 pip base is reasonable
