Good video for running cable from dash to the trunk?

I installed my sub 5-6 years ago. I just replaced it with a sub that also has a remote knob that I want to install. Problem is I forgot how to remove the various panels that run across the side. I am thinking of running up the drivers side since it seems like to shortest route to a blank panel right under the power knob. Assuming it is best to go that side but let me know if it isn't.

Anyway, I certain I used a video with instructions on removing the panels but for the life of me, I can locate it. It's been awhile so who knows.

If anyone know of one I can use I would greatly appreciate. Thanks.
