I'm goin on vacation for three weeks. I read some of the posts regarding leaving your Prius standing so here's what I'm gonna do:

    - Charge the 12V battery before I leave.
    - Drive the car and park it with the HV battery as full as possible.
    - Make sure everything is shut and off.

I don't have keyless entry or any other extras. She should be good for 3 weeks? Even if the 12V conks out I know the jump procedure. I have a little 12V lead-acid in my garage and some croc clips for just such an occasion.

This is probably OK as I recall you had recently replaced your 12V battery so it should have plenty of capacity.

If you want to be totally sure, you could disconnect the battery by removing the nut on the dedicated jumpstart terminal located in the main relay/fuse box and removing the cable from the stud; or else removing the negative battery cable at the battery.

theres two plugs on the positive side of the battery u can unplug, resulting in no 12 volt power to the car, but then again you gotta tear up your interior in the rear somewhat

Turn off the SKS. That's the biggest drain of battery over a 6 week period of time. It should be good.

    Enjoy!

Curiosity, doesn't the SKS turn itself off after x number of days anyway?

(still probably a good idea to manually turn it off)
